Welcome to Baraq ("we," "us," or the "Service"). By using the Baraq app, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Use of Service

Baraq is a mobile application and online service that allows users to book courier services for shipping goods across the UAE. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Your Account

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions taken under your account.

Protection and Insurance

Baraq provides basic coverage for all shipments up to AED 1,000. For higher value, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Separate terms and conditions apply to insurance coverage.

Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly displayed in our application before booking confirmation. Fees may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, and package size. Additional fees may apply for special services such as express delivery.

Shipment Deliveries

Estimated delivery times depend on various factors, including distance, traffic, and weather conditions. While we make our best efforts to meet estimated times, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

Prohibited Items

Baraq does not allow shipping of illegal or dangerous materials, including but not limited to: explosives, flammable substances, illegal drugs, weapons, and toxic materials. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any shipment containing prohibited items.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel a booking before a courier is assigned. Once a courier is assigned, cancellation fees will apply. If the courier arrives at the pickup location and cannot find the customer or the shipment, waiting fees or cancellation charges will apply.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
