- Download the Baraq app and create an account
- Click on "Book New Delivery"
- Select package type (Documents, Small Package, Medium Package, Large Package)

2. Set Pickup & Drop
Enter pickup and delivery addresses and specify timing
- Set pickup location on the map or enter address manually
- Add special instructions for pickup (like building number, floor)
